Holiday Gift Guide Featuring Holladay Distillery

One of my favorite things to gift during the holiday season is what I call a cocktail in a box using alcohol from Holladay Distillery. You can pick up these bottles at the Distillery in Weston, MO or at most local liquor stores. I want to share three go to cocktail recipes that I use time and time again for this gift! I love topping the bottle with a ribbon and an ornament to make this gift even more personal.

 First things first, you will grab a few bottles of Holladay's finest! My favorites to include in this gift box are Five Farms Irish Liqueur, 360 Vodka, and Soft Red Wheat Whiskey, but it's totally personal preference. Luckily Holladay has so many great options to choose from!

Gingerbread Old Fashioned

This is a fan-favorite - even among those people who "don't like whiskey!"

For this cocktail, there are a few items you'll need:

• Holladay Distillery Soft Red Wheat Whiskey

• Gingerbread Syrup (Can be homemade if you're an overachiever!)

• Amarena Cherries

• One Orange

• Gingerbread Cookies for garnish

• Two lowball glasses (Glasses linked here under "Cocktail Glasses")

Directions:

1. Add a cherry and slice of orange to the glass and very lightly muddle.

2. Add one ounce of gingerbread syrup.

3. Add two ounces of Holladay Whiskey.

4. Add ice and stir until cold.

5. Serve with a gingerbread garnish and enjoy!

 Peppermint Cold Brew

This is one of those drinks you could drink all day long! It's perfect for those early mornings this holiday season and would make a great gift for those new parents in your life.

 You will need:

• Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur

• Peppermint Syrup

• Cold Brew

• Peppermint Sticks for Garnish

• Two Coffee Mugs (Glasses linked here under "Cocktail Glasses")

Directions:

1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.

2. Add 4 ounces of cold brew to the shaker.

3. Add 2 ounces of Five Farms to the shaker.

4. Add 1 ounce of peppermint syrup to the shaker.

5. Vigorously shake the drink until the shaker is frosty and cold to the touch.

6. Pour into coffee mug and garnish with a peppermint stick. Enjoy!

Campfire Cocktail

This drink has a real wow factor thanks to the next-level garnishes! This is the perfect gift for your friend who loves fancy cocktails.

You will need:

• Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur

• 360 Vodka

• Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

• Fancy Chocolate (I love Tony's Chocolonely!)

• Graham Crackers

• Marshmallows

• Skewers

• Two Coupe Glasses (Glasses linked here under "Cocktail Glasses")

Directions:

1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.

2. Add 2 ounces of cold brew to the shaker.

3. Add 2 ounces of Five Farms to the shaker.

4. Add 2 ounces of 360 Vodka.

5. Add 1 ounce of toasted marshmallow syrup.

6. Vigorously shake the drink until the shaker is frosty and cold to the touch.

7. Rim glasses with melted chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.

8. Lightly toast two marshmallows on a skewer.

9. Pour into two coupe glasses and garnish toasted marshmallows. Enjoy!
